SoundHive ("אנחנו") מכבדת את הפרטיות שלכם. מסמך זה מסביר איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים באתר רשימת ההמתנה
של SoundHive ("האתר"), למה, עם מי הוא משותף ומה הזכויות שלכם. המסמך מנוסח בלשון רבים ומתייחס לכל המגדרים.
1. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
כשאתם מצטרפים לרשימת ההמתנה, אנחנו שומרים:
- כתובת אימייל – חובה, כדי שנוכל לעדכן אתכם.
- שם משתמש – לא חובה, רק אם בחרתם לשריין אחד.
- שפת האתר שבחרתם, מועד ההרשמה ומאיזה חלק באתר נרשמתם.
- תיעוד ההסכמה שלכם – שסימנתם את תיבת האישור, ולאיזו גרסה של המדיניות הסכמתם.
כמו בכל אתר, ספק האחסון (Google) עשוי לרשום מידע טכני בסיסי על הגישה לאתר, כמו כתובת IP וסוג הדפדפן,
לצורכי תפעול ואבטחה.
שם משתמש ששוריין שמור עבורכם עד ההשקה, בכפוף לכללי השימוש שיפורסמו אז. נוכל לסרב לשם פוגעני, מטעה או כזה
שמתחזה לאדם, ללהקה או למותג אחר.
אנחנו לא משתמשים בעוגיות (Cookies) לפרסום או למעקב. הדפדפן שלכם שומר מקומית רק את השפה שבחרתם, כדי שהאתר ייפתח בה בפעם הבאה.
2. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
- לנהל את רשימת ההמתנה ולשריין עבורכם את שם המשתמש שבחרתם.
- לשלוח לכם עדכונים על SoundHive, ובראשם הודעה כשהאפליקציה נפתחת.
- כשהאפליקציה תושק – לחבר אתכם לחשבון שלכם ולהעביר אליו את שם המשתמש ששריינתם.
- להגן על האתר ועל הרשימה מפני הרשמות מזויפות ושימוש לרעה.
השימוש במידע מבוסס על ההסכמה שנתתם בעת ההרשמה. אין חובה חוקית למסור לנו את המידע – ההרשמה היא מרצונכם,
אבל בלי כתובת אימייל לא נוכל לצרף אתכם לרשימה.
3. עם מי המידע משותף
אנחנו לא מוכרים, לא משכירים ולא מעבירים את המידע שלכם לגורמים אחרים לצורכי שיווק. המידע נחשף רק ל:
- Google Firebase – שירות האחסון והשרתים של האתר. המאגר שלנו נמצא בשרתי Google בתל אביב (אזור me-west1).
- שירות דיוור – כשנשלח מיילים לרשימה (למשל בהשקה), נעביר את כתובות האימייל לשירות דיוור מקצועי לצורך השליחה בלבד.
- רשויות – אם נידרש לכך על פי דין.
חלק מספקי השירות האלה עשויים לעבד מידע גם מחוץ לישראל, בכפוף להתחייבויות הגנה על מידע.
4. כמה זמן נשמור את המידע
נשמור את המידע כל עוד רשימת ההמתנה פעילה ועד השקת SoundHive, ולאחר מכן כל עוד אתם רשומים לעדכונים או פעילים באפליקציה.
אם תבקשו מאיתנו למחוק את המידע – נמחק אותו תוך 30 יום.
5. אבטחת מידע
אנחנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים להגנה על המידע: הגישה למאגר מוגבלת, אי אפשר לקרוא את רשימת ההמתנה דרך האתר,
ויש מנגנונים לסינון הרשמות אוטומטיות. עם זאת, אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין.
6. הזכויות שלכם
- הסרה מהרשימה – בכל עת, דרך דף ההסרה, בקישור שיופיע בכל מייל שנשלח, או בפנייה אלינו.
- עיון – אתם רשאים לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם.
- תיקון ומחיקה – אתם רשאים לבקש לתקן מידע שגוי או למחוק את המידע שלכם.
לכל בקשה, כתבו לנו לכתובת שבסעיף 9.
7. קטינים
האתר מיועד למי שמלאו לו 16. אם אתם צעירים יותר, הירשמו רק בהסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס.
8. שינויים במדיניות
ייתכן שנעדכן את המדיניות מעת לעת. תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש העמוד, ועל שינוי מהותי נודיע באימייל.
כשהאפליקציה תושק, תהיה לה מדיניות פרטיות משלה, שתוצג לכם לפני פתיחת חשבון.

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
SoundHive ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on the SoundHive
waitlist website (the "Site"), why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store:
- Email address – required, so we can keep you updated.
- Username – optional, only if you chose to reserve one.
- The site language you chose, the time you signed up, and which part of the Site you signed up from.
- A record of your consent – that you ticked the consent box, and which version of this policy you agreed to.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Google) may log basic technical information about access to the Site,
such as IP address and browser type, for operations and security.
A reserved username is held for you until launch, subject to the terms of use published then. We may refuse a name
that is offensive, misleading, or impersonates another person, band or brand.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Your browser only stores your language choice locally.
2. How we use it
- To manage the waitlist and reserve the username you chose.
- To send you updates about SoundHive – most importantly, when the app opens.
- When the app launches – to link you to your account and carry over your reserved username.
- To protect the Site and the list from fake signups and abuse.
We rely on the consent you gave when signing up. You are not legally required to give us this information –
joining is voluntary, but without an email address we can't add you to the list.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. It is only accessible to:
- Google Firebase – the Site's hosting and database provider. Our database is on Google servers in Tel Aviv (region me-west1).
- An email service – when we email the list (e.g. at launch), we pass email addresses to a professional email provider solely to send them.
- Authorities – if required by law.
Some of these providers may process information outside Israel, subject to data-protection commitments.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while the waitlist is active and until SoundHive launches, and afterwards for as long as you
remain subscribed to updates or active in the app. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so within 30 days.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information: database access is restricted, the waitlist cannot be read
through the Site, and there are mechanisms to filter out automated signups. No system is completely immune, however.
6. Your rights
- Leave the list – at any time, via the removal page, the unsubscribe link in every email we send, or by contacting us.
- Access – you may ask to see the information we hold about you.
- Correction and deletion – you may ask us to correct inaccurate information or delete your information.
For any request, write to us at the address in section 9.
7. Minors
The Site is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are younger, sign up only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update appears at the top, and we will notify you by
email of any material change. When the app launches, it will have its own privacy policy, shown to you before you create an account.
